Established over 30 years ago, we have a vast experience of UHV chamber, systems and components manufacture, for a wide range of applications.

Our extensive manufacturing facility features state of the art CNC machining, TIG welding, UHV cleaning and electrical / electronics wiring, assembly and test for integrated systems. Stringent quality control is applied throughout the manufacturing process including high resolution 3 axis laser measurement inspection. All UHV chambers and assemblies are subjected to high sensitivity helium leak checking with full UHV bakeout capabilities. Our experience is vast, from small precision parts for electron analysers, to complex UHV chambers in a variety of materials up to 2 meters in diameter. We can manufacture from your drawings, or alternatively offer a full CAD design service with our experienced UHV engineers - in many cases we already have the design to suit your needs!
