Fabrication Overview
We specialise in producing custom chamber fabrications
and assemblies, for clean and ultra high vacuum applications,
and are approved suppliers to many of the European national
laboratories including BESSY, Daresbury, CERN and the
ESRF. As a minimum our chambers are supplied cleaned and
leak checked. They can, in addition, be baked to UHV and
issued with an individual certificate showing hot and
cold RGA spectra, leak rates and outgassing rates. This
enables you to integrate our chambers into your products
with total confidence that leaks will not appear even
after the critical first few bakes. An added benefit is
that you will also achieve faster initial pump down cycles.
Oxford nanoScience has experience of working with all
the commonly used vacuum materials, and some not so common
ones.
Due to the experience gained in designing and constructing our own systems we can, when required, work from sketches thus saving customers valuable design time. No matter how much or how little information you give us to quote against, once we receive an order your drawing is checked thoroughly, in our CAD equipped drawing office to verify the feasibility of the design and to ensure cost effective production. A simple sketch of your requirements is all that we need to offer a highly competitive quotation of a realistic price and quick delivery.
